Established in 1973, Metalite began by manufacturing precision gauges, jigs and fixtures for industrial applications. During the 1980s, the company expanded into injection mould tool manufacture, building on its reputation for high-accuracy engineering and technical expertise.
Today, Metalite is a specialist in both high-performance injection mould tool manufacture and precision CNC machining. Combining advanced CAD/CAM technology with a highly skilled engineering team, we design and produce fast-cycling injection mould tools to exacting technical specifications. Alongside our tooling capability, our multi-axis CNC machining centres manufacture complex, high-tolerance components for a range of demanding industries.
Our stringent quality control procedures and ISO-aligned management systems enable us to consistently achieve tolerances down to five microns.
